SLVR terms and conditions

Effective June 26, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the SLVR mobile app, the SLVR care web app, and the public SLVR website. By using SLVR, you agree to use the service responsibly and only in ways allowed by these terms and applicable law.

If your care organization has a separate written agreement with SLVR, that agreement may include additional terms for organization-managed accounts or data.

Service purpose

SLVR helps care networks organize user-provided care information, care-circle communication, documents, medications, doctors, emergency contacts, and related coordination workflows.

SLVR does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, monitor emergencies, provide medical advice, or replace qualified medical, legal, financial, or professional judgment. For medical emergencies, call local emergency services.

Acceptable use

Use SLVR only for lawful care coordination, organization, and communication purposes.
Do not upload content that is abusive, illegal, deceptive, malicious, or violates another person's rights.
Do not attempt to access accounts, care circles, data, systems, or services that you are not authorized to access.
Do not use SLVR as an emergency response, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or clinician-replacement service.

Accounts and care circles

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the information you add to SLVR. Care-circle owners and authorized members can invite, remove, transfer ownership, or leave care circles according to the permissions available in the product.

Users should only add people, documents, images, notes, and care information that they are allowed to share with the relevant care circle.

Payments and mobile app use

The SLVR mobile app is currently offered as a companion and consumption app. It does not sell digital goods, process in-app purchases, show subscription checkout, or direct users to a mobile purchase flow.

Any web-based billing or organization agreement is handled separately from the mobile app and may be subject to additional payment terms.

Privacy, SMS, and deletion

SLVR handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. SMS posture and future SMS opt-in rules are described in the SMS Terms.

Users can review account deletion options on the account deletion page.

Changes and support

SLVR may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated.
