Request deletion of your SLVR account

SLVR lets users request deletion from inside the mobile app. This page is a public deletion resource for people who cannot access the app or need to review what happens before submitting a request.

How to request deletion

Use the in-app flow when possible

Open the SLVR mobile app, go to Profile or Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm your account email. This is the fastest way to connect the request to your signed-in account.

Resolve care-circle ownership

If you are the last owner of a care circle, transfer ownership to another member or delete the circle before the account deletion can be completed. If another owner already exists, deletion can proceed. Other members can still leave a care circle without deleting their account.

We complete eligible requests

Deletion requests are usually completed within 30 days. SLVR sends confirmation when fulfillment is complete or follows up if additional identity, safety, legal, or ownership review is required.

Request by email

If you cannot access the mobile app, email eric+slvr-support@fain.me from the address on your SLVR account with the subject line "Account deletion request". Include your name and the email address connected to your account. Do not include sensitive care details in the email.

What happens to data

  • Account contact, profile, authentication, notification, and account-scoped operational records are deleted or anonymized.
  • Account-scoped uploaded blobs, profile photos, and onboarding photos are queued for durable deletion from storage.
  • Shared care-circle records and safety reports may be retained without the deleted user's active account identity when needed for care continuity, safety, privacy, abuse review, security, or legal reasons.
  • Audit, security, legal, and billing records may be retained for required retention periods, including at least six years where health, privacy, or compliance obligations apply.
