SMS Terms

SLVR SMS and text messaging terms

Effective June 26, 2026

These terms explain SLVR's current SMS posture and the consent, opt-out, help, fee, and support rules that apply before SLVR enables any recurring SMS text messaging program.

If you receive a text message claiming to be from SLVR before you have opted in to a SLVR SMS program, contact eric+slvr-support@fain.me.

Current SMS availability

  • SLVR currently collects phone numbers for account contact details, care-recipient records, doctors, and emergency contacts.
  • Phone numbers may be shown to authorized care-circle members so they can coordinate care or use tap-to-call links.
  • SLVR currently sends service communications through email, push notifications, and in-app notifications.
  • SLVR does not currently send recurring SMS text notifications, SMS marketing messages, or SMS care-circle invites.

Before SMS is enabled

Consent will be requested before recurring SMS messages are enabled for an account or care circle where consent is required.

SMS consent will not be required as a condition of purchasing or using SLVR.

Message purpose, expected frequency, support contact, carrier fees, and opt-out instructions will be shown before opt-in.

Users will be able to opt out of SMS without deleting their SLVR account or leaving a care circle.

Opt-out and help

SLVR does not currently operate a recurring SMS program, so there is no active provider-managed STOP or HELP flow for SLVR SMS messages. Before SMS is enabled, SLVR will configure provider-managed opt-out and help behavior and verify that STOP stops future SMS messages and HELP returns support instructions.

Once SMS is enabled, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary by the notification preferences and care-circle activity you choose. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages and HELP for help, or contact eric+slvr-support@fain.me.

Privacy

SLVR handles phone numbers and notification data as described in the Privacy Policy. If SMS is enabled later, SLVR may share phone numbers and delivery metadata with SMS service providers only as needed to send, secure, support, and manage SMS messages.
