Privacy and deletion
For privacy questions, data requests, or account deletion status, email eric+slvr-support@fain.me from the address connected to your SLVR account.
Safety and content concerns
For unsafe content, abusive care-circle behavior, or urgent account-security concerns, include the affected account email and a brief description. Do not include sensitive care details unless needed for us to identify the issue.
Account deletion
Signed-in mobile users can request account deletion from Profile or Settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the public account deletion instructions.
Medical emergencies
SLVR is not an emergency response service. If you think someone may be in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, call local emergency services.
